Whatever it is, we are here to help bring your ideas to life with a full design service and no obligation quote.

Finishes

When it comes to finishes on your new bespoke fitted furniture or joinery we can offer the following options.

  • Spray Finishing

  • Hand Finishing

We work alongside one of the most reputable spray finishing companies in the south of England and if you want to give your project a wow factor this is certainly the route to go down.

All spray finishing is carried out off site to the highest quality before installation in dedicated spray facilities to minimise disruption in your home.

The Quote & Design Process

Email is the preferred option for us so that we have an easy to find email trail for future reference

In your inquiry please include the following…

  • A brief description of what it is you require

  • A photo of the space or spaces

  • Dimensions of the space or spaces

  • Any inspiration images you may of seen online or on social media. This gives us a good head start when designing your project

Once we have received all of this we will most likely have a few questions for you to answer to get a better understanding for both of us on finishes, design etc.

Once we are on the same page we will give you some ball park figures to consider. If you are happy with those and would like to proceed we will then request a small holding deposit to move on to the design stage.

Next we will arrange for Jack to visit your home if necessary to discuss the design with you in more detail and to take some accurate measurements of the space.

You will then receive a quote/design and if you are happy to proceed it will then be sent through a second time for an E-signature.

A 10% deposit minus the holding deposit will then be requested and estimated production/install dates are entered into the diary.

For larger orders over £10,000 inc VAT and all Kitchens our payment plan will spread the total cost across four equal payments.

Production

6 weeks before the estimated start date a further 40% deposit is requested. It is also at this stage that we finalise finishes ie paint colours, door styles etc. If you are going for a spray finish on your project a sample will be provided for sign off.

Once paid and details finalised we will then proceed to procure all materials ready for production which takes place in our dedicated workshop in Farnham, Surrey.

As soon as production starts we will keep you updated throughout with progress. If there are any delays we will give you as much notice as possible.

Installation

Before installation we would kindly ask that the room/space is cleared as best as possible.

With wardrobes we understand that removing the bed from the room may not be possible so please let us know and we will make an assessment as to whether there is enough room to work in.

If your carpet is staying we will cut this back for you so there is no need to remove it.

With most of the work being carried out in the workshop during production, disruption in your home should be to a minimum. We will always try to do any cutting required outside but any cutting that is done inside be rest assured that we would of sheeted the room up and have all of the necessary dust extraction for our tools.

Once completed we will ask you to look over everything to ensure you are happy and run through any technical details you will need for future use.

Your project is now complete and the remaining balance is due which will be requested by a final invoice.
